Add Multiple Color Blocks to the Preliminary Silicone Rubber Buttons

The colored silicone rubber is manually placed on the base mat in preparation for molding. The silicone will fuse together to form the keyboard base, and the keys will retain their specific color. Only the top of the key can be seen through the bezel

Step2:

A stencil is placed over the keypad. The stencil exposes only the key tops that are to receive ink on this screen printing pass. Each screen print color will have a stencil. 

Quality Control

After the molding process and post-curing, remove the silicone rubber keyboard from the sheet and check for quality issues.

Making Mold

According to the customer's drawing requirements, CNC milling machines and EDM are used to produce hardware molds.
