I have written a whole load of posts about Vitamin C. Do yourself a favour and search more in this channel.
However, I can add that,
1. The Vitamin C you all like buying is fake. It is ascorbic acid and as we all know ascorbic acid is NOT vitamin C.
2. The ascorbic acid you all buy has been manufactured by the mixing of sulfuric acid and corn starch. It is synthetic, meaning it is useless once it gets into the body.
3. Vitamin C is a complex compound. The ascorbic acid in it is a very small part of it. Vitamin C has the following elements :
- Vitamin P (Bioflavanoids),
- Copper (Tyrosinase)
- Vitamin J
- Vitamin K
- Ascorbic Acid
4. Vitamin C is an antioxidant. Meaning its elements combine with free-roaming radicals to neutralize them. - NOT ASCORBIC ACID.
5. If you are FAT, you cannot enjoy the antioxidant benefits of vitamin C. Fat people lazily expect vitamin C to do the dirty job for them. It will not.
6. If you are still eating seed oils, sugar, wheat, white flour and processed carbs, then don't expect Vitamin C to help you because your body has become a library of radicals, oxidants and dirty debris.
7. Be lean. Be fit. Eat healthy. This is more important than crying over synthetic vitamin C.

2. Bell peppers ?
3. Cabbages
4. Chilli and hot pepper ?️
Lemon? I will put it at number 8 because of the sugar in it. Yes, lemon has sugar.
What about Krest and citric acid soda? There is no citric acid or vitamin C in them.
