I have been trying to enter University many times and I failed three times.i never thought in my dreams to become a phd and of honour . But I did work very hard-i just failed exmanition again and again.And my story tells that those people who work very hard but fail again and again, don't give up.some day a great University is waiting for you.A real entrepreneur not only knows how to make money, but how to spend money.And we didn't live for money,we didn't work for money.When you have one million, that's your money .when you have 10 million, maybe problems comes.When you have 100 millions I think that's not your money.Thatsthe trust that society gives you-that they believe you can spend the money better, you can use money better.Real business peaple make money by solving social problems for the others.Among all the challenges .I think the most challenging is education.Even today the best University of the world will face same challenges,beacouse everything we teach our children in the past 200 years,the things we taught them ,the machines will do better.so we have to think about what are the content to teach our kids in the future.we have to teach our kids to win the machines .the machines will never able to win man, this is my believe. Because machines only have the chips, humans have heart .so I think we should change from now education system. In the future , it's not about competition of knowledge. It's competition of creativity , a competition of imagination , it's competition of learning , it's a competition of independent thinking. If you think like machines the problem will come .in the past 20 years we made peaple like machines.in the next 20 years machines will look like peaple.so this is whatwe think the world should be focusing on
