Well Connected Business Systems was born in 2007 by Chris Anderson, having sold his previous copier business 3 years prior. At this point, Chris had over 25 years of experience in the Office Equipment Industry, having started in Edinburgh in 1978 and after running a very successful copier supply business which he later sold to his business partner in 2004. Initially, Well Connected used the manufacturer’s service division for on-site technical visits, but it became clear that we needed to establish a dedicated service division of our own, subsequently, in 2012 we purchased Stirling Business Machines to provide this.
