YOU HAVEN'T CHANGED: YOU ARE STILL YOU!
You have lost faith and hope in yourself. You feel discouraged and disappointed. You feel useless and see no reason to move on in life. You look back at the good old days- the joy, the happiness, the laughter, the comfort of friends and family, and the peace of mind and heart- then because of a mistake you have made, a wrong choice or decision taken, you now feel no life within you. You think that nothing can go on any longer in your life. You think that everything has completely changed; including yourself.
True that everything seems to have changed around you but you have not changed; in fact, you cannot change! Your substance still remains with you, no matter what. Maybe your ways of looking at things, people and situations have changed but not you; perhaps the perceptions of people around you have changed but not you; maybe the attitude of others and yours have changed but not you. You have not changed, strictly, as a person.
And because you have not changed, you can change the present situation too. You still are and possess the qualities you have had; you are still the same person who moved people's hearts and won the admiration of many; the knowledge, skills and experiences you have acquired are still there; you still have that ''power'' within you. Therefore, it is enough. You have cried and worried enough. Dry your tears- nobody sees clearly with tears in eyes. Accept the fact that something has changed. But convincingly trust that you have not changed. Pick yourself up together once more. Take a step, a bold step away from all negative thoughts and emotions. Identify the bright light burning within you, even in your deepest darkness. Focus on that light; rise up, follow it. Turn not right nor left. Keep on moving no matter how slow the pace. Only you can turn things around again. You have not changed. You can do it. Therefore even if you no longer fit where you had been, remember that through recycling, supposed useless things come out new and useful in many other ways. Trust and believe in God and in yourself. It is not ended until it is ended. You're useful in many ways. Because you have not changed. God bless and keep you my dear pals
