The Modern Environmental Hubs Comprises of:
1. Central Office: 1 admin & hub manager with sitting spaces for guests. Preaches the need to eat healthy, go green & waste disposal.
2. Waste Disposal Centre: come with plastic waste, drop, we weigh & pay you @Kshs. 10 per kgs deposited on your Palscity wallet + e-waste (computers, phones, TVs, electronics etc.) are recycled back to the market by trained special groups & sold to support them. You are again paid.
3. Tree Seedlings Centre come pick a tree for free, we name it, record & train you to go plant it. With every person planting trees, we plan to plant 10M+ trees yearly.
4. Silo Crop Farming we plant vegetables, onions, tomatoes, berries etc to sustain the center.
5. Animal Farming Centre: Keep animals for food, pet and manure for the tree seedlings eg Rabbit, Poultry etc.
6. Eat Health Centre: serves sugarcane juice, ginger and lemon to clean your system as you go plant trees. We need you to eat healthy.
7. Large Scale Farm Centre: where seedlings and nurseries are kept, large scale farming among others to support each hub (phase 2).
Budgets Phase 1
1. Construction of each Hub = 105,000
2. Tree Seedlings, Farming = 45,000
Total = 150,000
Duration to Build & Deliver one hub = 2weeks.
Expected Monthly Self Sustaining Income
1. Tree donations = 20,000
2. Sugarcane & drinks sale = 30,000
3. Farming & Animals = 20,000
Total projection = 70,000
