1. We always start by going round the counties. We look and speak to Top Icons, Industry Leaders & Mentors who are nominated by the Public - See
2. We group them per category. We now have 56 categories hosting over 2,000 Icons -
3. The Voting is done with money which goes to mentorship charity. 50% money goes to the Icons Hotel Reservation.
4. All Nominees are assisted to get a FREE .me.ke Domain as we build for them Personal Portfolio website see , etc - This helps Mentees to learn from them.
5. The Award is always self Sponsored and hosted at the High End Prestigiuos Movenpick Hotel Westlands Nairobi. Mentees only Pay for Hotel Cost Kshs. 5,000 during the Gala Dinner.
6. Each county or school gives us 5 needy persons with Ideas who are dying to be mentored by someone (An Icon) they pick.
7. The event is public and you can also come and meet your Mentor you have dreamed to share a table with (It's about Mentoship, Sharing & Learning).
8. At the end of every Year we hold a Football/other games Tournament for Mentors/Icons per category vs CEOs and the Mentees called The Boss/Icons Mentorship League.
9. Since some Mentees are startups and Innovators who need funding for their Ideas, we loop them to Top Investors to finance their ideas through the Palscity Sacco investor bidding.
10. Our Google like search Engine keeps the conversation going by helping Businesses and Icons receive leads and sales for their Products and Services 24/7.
