Seyi Makinde was given an honour to be conferred a Grand Patron of the Nigerian Union of Journalists (NUJ), Oyo State Council, as part of activities to mark the Oyo State NUJ 2020 Press Week, this evening.
The theme for the week is ‘Journalists and the Development of Underdevelopment in Nigeria,’ and he spoke about the important role which journalists as the fourth estate of the realm, can play to develop our nation. He also urged them to discharge their duties responsibly.
