Green tea and ginger-basil tea provide relief from migraines. Drinking lemon water with a pinch of rock salt also provides relief from migraines. Include green vegetables and seasonal fruits in your diet. Eating one or two cloves of raw garlic can also help relieve migraine pain.
How to get rid of cold, cough
Keep drinking lukewarm water throughout the day, take steam by adding celery, mint or a pinch of salt in water. Mix ginger juice and honey and take it two to three times a day. Drinking hot milk with turmeric cures cold and cough quickly. Make a decoction by adding basil, black pepper, cinnamon, cloves and drink it once or twice a day.
